What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for digital assets and tokenization capabilities.
• Create thought leadership content, executive narratives, and white papers to position the firm as an industry authority.
• Translate complex technical and regulatory product capabilities into clear, audience-specific messaging.
• Equip sales and client-facing teams with high-quality enablement materials, including pitch decks and solution narratives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic messaging and product launches.
• Define and track marketing outcomes to optimize campaign effectiveness and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications within financial services or digital asset/blockchain firms.
• Deep understanding of tokenization, blockchain-based market infrastructure, and related modernization themes.
• Proven ability to create compelling messaging for complex B2B or enterprise solutions.
• Experience leading in a highly matrixed organization and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal executive communication and presentation skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
