What you will do

• Develop requirements to automate core processes and translate them into user stories and process flows.
• Manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle from intake through delivery and post-launch validation.
• Extract and report data using Salesforce, IronClad, and Snowflake to drive data-driven decisions.
• Lead billing systems initiatives and oversee program deliverables for product migrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, IT, Engineering, and Product Development.
• Optimize business processes and document workflows for quoting, billing, and provisioning.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 3+ years of experience with business systems, specifically focused on commerce-to-cash processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Snowflake, and other reporting tools.
• Proven experience in system implementations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize complex system architecture.
