What you will do

• Define and document user stories, business process flows, and functional specifications for CRM and cross-platform enhancements.
• Create and maintain BRDs, process maps, and internal guides using Lucidchart, Confluence, and Visio.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development and defect resolution.
• Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 technical support using Salesforce Setup, Schema Builder, Flows, and SQL/SOQL.
• Analyze usage and performance data via root cause analysis, QA logs, and defect trend reviews.
• Participate in the full SDLC, focusing on relational database design and SQL query optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience collecting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Confluence, Lucidchart, Jira, Asana, and Monday.com.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Record Types, Page Layouts, Reports & Dashboards).
• Expertise in declarative automation (Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flows) and data management (Data Loader, Workbench).
• Knowledge of SQL/SOQL, Tableau, and Postman.
