Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 CAD (plus short-term incentive plan).

What you will do

• Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional system requirements for payment modernization projects.
• Analyze the impact of new technologies and standards (ISO 20022, ISO 8583) on existing hirify.global solutions.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and certification teams to ensure project alignment.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to resolve system issues and identify necessary process changes.
• Support release management and production operations to ensure system stability and performance.
• Manage project documentation and workflows using Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in Canada in a full-time capacity is mandatory.
• 5-10 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 20022 and ISO 8583 payment standards.
• Experience with Canadian payment systems (AFT, LVTS) and EMV card processing.
• Proficiency in visual modeling notations such as UML or BPMN.
• Experience working with data analytics tools like SQL and Power BI.

Nice to have

• Foundational knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Iterative Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in fraud prevention or cybersecurity domains.
