What you will do

• Provide remote or on-site software installation and upgrade services.
• Analyze customer systems and consult on mapping existing products to hirify.global solutions.
• Define software parameters and configure applications to meet client needs.
• Train customers on the features and functionality of the ImageCenter application.
• Communicate client requirements and expectations to internal project teams.
• Mentor and provide training to other employees.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support or software implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for on-site installations and evaluations.
• Flexibility to work nights or weekends as required by project schedules.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business.
• Experience in financial institution operations.
• Knowledge of ImageCenter application or check processing workflows.
