What you will do

• Define and document user stories, business process flows, and functional specifications to support CRM and cross-platform enhancements.
• Create and maintain BRDs, process maps, and internal guides using Lucidchart, Confluence, and Visio.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the development of test cases and defect resolution.
• Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 technical support utilizing Salesforce Setup, Schema Builder, Flows, and SQL/SOQL.
• Analyze usage and performance data through root cause analysis using QA logs, SQL data queries, and defect trend reviews.
• Participate in the full SDLC, including relational database design and SQL query optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience collecting business requirements and translating them into scalable technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration (Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Record Types, Flows, etc.).
• Proficiency with technical tools including SQL/SOQL, Tableau, and Postman.
• Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and Confluence.
• Must be located in or able to work from New York City, NY.
