Business Systems Analyst III (Salesforce): Defining and documenting user stories and functional specifications for CRM and cross-platform enhancements with an accent on scalable technical specifications and system configuration. Location: New York City, NY. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Salary: $115,971 - $149,000 per year

What you will do
- Define and document user stories, business process flows, and functional specifications to support CRM and cross-platform enhancements.
- Create and maintain BRDs, process maps, and internal guides using Lucidchart, Confluence, and Visio.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the development of test cases and defect resolution.
- Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 technical support utilizing Salesforce Setup, Schema Builder, Flows, and SQL/SOQL.
- Analyze usage and performance data through root cause analysis using QA logs, SQL data queries, and defect trend reviews.
- Participate in the full SDLC, including relational database design and SQL query optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience collecting business requirements and translating them into scalable technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration (Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Record Types, Flows, etc.).
- Proficiency with technical tools including SQL/SOQL, Tableau, and Postman.
- Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and Confluence.
- Must be located in or able to work from New York City, NY.
