Senior Manager, Strategic Finance (Personal Loans)

Location: Remote, based in the United States

Salary: $160,000–$190,000 USD annual base salary, plus performance-based bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own financial strategy for the personal loans business and partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, Pricing, and Risk leaders.
• Lead end-to-end financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning for high-impact initiatives.
• Build and refine driver-based models to evaluate ROI, pricing, profitability, and growth strategies.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
• Identify risks and opportunities while guiding resource allocation and long-term planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Proven experience owning high-impact financial initiatives and strategic projects.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, including building complex frameworks.
• Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership teams.
• Strong business acumen, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or another advanced degree.
• Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services.
• Familiarity with Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Hyperion, or similar planning systems.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools such as Looker and Tableau.
• Experience driving process automation and scaling analytics capabilities.
