What you will do

• Own financial strategy and partner with leaders across Product, Marketing, Operations, Pricing, and Risk.
• Lead end-to-end financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning for high-impact initiatives.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Build driver-based models to evaluate ROI, pricing, profitability, and growth strategies.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and presentations to influence strategic direction.
• Identify risks and opportunities to proactively guide resource allocation and long-term planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Proven track record of owning high-impact financial initiatives and strategic projects.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise with the ability to build complex frameworks.
• Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership teams.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or other advanced degree.
• Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services.
• Familiarity with ERP or planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Hyperion).
• Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Experience driving process automation and scaling analytics capabilities.
