What you will do

• Lead global network engineering teams and manage third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery across worldwide offices.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and scaling of office network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi and edge networking devices.
• Define and implement standards, policies, and processes to ensure network security, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with IT Security, Enterprise Technology, and Workplace teams to align network services with business objectives.
• Develop and track operational metrics for service availability and performance to drive continuous optimization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams of network engineers.
• Deep expertise in Wi-Fi network engineering (Cisco Meraki) and edge networking (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper).
• Experience managing large-scale office technology projects for enterprises with 10+ offices and 7,000+ employees.
• Strong vendor management skills, including selection and negotiation with third-party providers.
• Must be based in or able to work from Boston, Denver, or New York (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or equivalent.
