Hiring rate: $138,750–$185,000 annually

operates a global enterprise network and voice environment supporting offices and users across eight sites.
What you will do
- Lead, develop, and manage four globally distributed network and voice engineers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, priorities, on-call coverage, and escalation.
- Own LAN/WAN architecture and operations, Cisco switching, Palo Alto routing and firewalls, site-to-site VPN, SD-WAN, internet circuits, carrier relationships, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
- Manage enterprise wireless, hybrid cloud connectivity through Azure ExpressRoute/VPN, load balancing, and application delivery.
- Operate Zero Trust networking, segmentation, 802.1X, NAC, remote-access VPN, SASE/SSE, and firewall security controls in partnership with cybersecurity and IAM teams.
- Own VoIP and unified communications, including Cisco Call Manager, SIP trunking, PSTN connectivity, dial plans, QoS, and E911 compliance.
- Drive monitoring, resilience, disaster recovery, vendor lifecycle management, documentation, infrastructure automation, and AI/AIOps adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years of network engineering experience with progressive responsibility and team-lead or people-management experience.
- Deep Cisco routing and switching experience and Palo Alto NGFW administration, including policy, threat prevention, URL filtering, routing, and VPN.
- Experience with enterprise wireless, Zero Trust, 802.1X, NAC, segmentation, remote-access VPN, and secure connectivity.
- Experience with VoIP, Cisco Call Manager/CUCM, SIP trunking, PSTN, E911, internet circuits, and carrier relationships.
- Experience with Azure ExpressRoute/VPN, F5 or equivalent load balancing, and automation using Ansible, Python, or equivalent tools.
- Experience operating distributed global networks across multiple sites and time zones, partnering with security teams on incident response and triage, and using AI tooling in technical work.
Nice to have
- CCNP or CCIE Enterprise certification, Palo Alto PCNSE, Cisco ISE, Zscaler/ZTNA, SD-WAN, Azure networking, or Cisco Unified Communications certification.
- Experience in multi-region, high-availability, or media and entertainment environments.
