Salary: $155,000–$195,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead a cross-functional engineering and operations organization of approximately 65 personnel supporting enterprise network services.
- Oversee 24/7/365 Tier 2/3 network operations across NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments.
- Approve and maintain network architectures, configurations, upgrades, and modernization deployments.
- Direct troubleshooting and operational coordination across network engineering, security, and operations teams.
- Validate network changes in dedicated test environments and improve automation for routine administration.
- Present deployment, network health, compliance, and operational status to government and senior leadership.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience or equivalent, including leadership of technical teams in large-scale enterprise network environments.
- Active Secret clearance required.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE or CySA+.
- Experience with SIPRNet, TACLANE KG-175D/KG-175F, Cisco routers and switches, Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE, and Cisco SD-WAN.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust requirements, including Thunderdome, Comply to Connect, SD-WAN, and microsegmentation.
- Advanced Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, with strong communication and leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard or Department of Homeland Security programs.
- CCNA or higher Cisco certification.
- Knowledge of load balancing, EVOIP, CORA security inspections, LAN/WAN upgrades, and content distribution.
