What you will do

• Create connected, full-funnel social strategies that drive measurable business impact.
• Lead paid and performance approaches for new business pitches and growth proposals.
• Define operational standards and KPIs for the Media and Performance department.
• Collaborate with account management and organic social teams to deliver integrated work.
• Drive commercial success and growth across client retainers.
• Implement testing, innovation, and modern advertising tactics across all accounts.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK
• Extensive experience with paid social ad managers (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest).
• Proven track record in new business and pitch environments with integrated teams.
• Proficiency in measurement frameworks, attribution, and analytics tools like GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience managing tool stacks such as Sprout, Meltwater, Supermetrics, or RivalIQ.
• Demonstrated experience working with both B2B and B2C global clients.

Nice to have

• Experience in additional channels such as Paid Search, Programmatic, or Display.
