TL;DR

Paid Media Manager (Paid Social/Search): Creating and overseeing innovative paid social and search campaign strategies with an accent on full-funnel planning and channel integration. Focus on driving performance through A/B testing, measurement frameworks, and senior-level client consultancy.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (2 days in office per week)

What you will do

  • Create connected social and search approaches with full-funnel planning to drive business impact.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Growth, and New Business teams on organic social and proposals.
  • Drive performance across accounts through reporting insights and training sessions.
  • Define and set KPIs across paid channels to ensure measurable results.
  • Lead testing and innovation using A/B testing, alphas, betas, and creative experimentation.
  • Provide thought leadership and solutions for modern advertising techniques in the social landscape.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Paid Social.
  • Proficiency in Paid Search including PMAX, Google Ads, and GM360.
  • Experience with tracking setups, UTMs, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and dashboard maintenance.
  • In-depth experience with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Pinterest ads managers.
  • Knowledge of measurement frameworks and attribution across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Experience working with B2B, B2C, and global clients.

Nice to have

  • Experience with social tools such as Sprout, Meltwater, Supermetrics, or RivalIQ.
