What you will do
- Serve as the subject matter expert on global immigration laws, managing the full lifecycle of work permits, visas, and residency applications.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage relationships with global mobility service providers.
- Advise HR Business Partners, Legal, and Finance teams on mobility implications and policy interpretation.
- Maintain accurate data in HRIS systems and generate reports to measure program effectiveness.
- Develop and update global mobility policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to drive efficiency in mobility programs and HR initiatives.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of progressive global mobility experience, specifically managing complex corporate immigration programs.
- In-depth knowledge of global immigration laws, visa types (H-1B, L-1, etc.), and international relocation logistics.
- Strong understanding of compensation methodologies, tax equalization, and international tax principles.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems like Workday and tools like Greenhouse or Jira.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Nice to have
- Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certification.
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from Worldwide ERC.
