What you will do

• Develop and evolve the global talent brand strategy across social, web, and internal channels.
• Create thoughtful content that brings the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life.
• Manage social content from planning through publishing, using insights to improve engagement.
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, and Communications to deliver cohesive global campaigns.
• Maintain and optimize the careers site and job board content for a better candidate experience.
• Utilize data and AI tools to measure performance and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Experience in talent brand, marketing, or social media with a track record of impact.
• Strong writing skills to translate ideas into clear, human language across various formats.
• Ability to take projects from brief to launch while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using data to inform decisions and priorities.
