What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop comprehensive global recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Build talent pools using Boolean search, direct sourcing, networking, and social media.
• Act as a brand ambassador to improve candidate experience and promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to make data-driven hiring decisions.
• Mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven track record of global hires, specifically for technical and sales roles.
• Experience recruiting for the Fintech or IT industry.
• Experience managing international recruitment campaigns across the Philippines, Singapore, Australia, Cyprus, UK, and USA.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working with Greenhouse ATS.
