What you will do
- Develop and execute a global employer brand strategy across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Produce engaging recruitment marketing content, including employee spotlight videos, blog posts, and career site updates.
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of a global recruiting event calendar, including conferences, hackathons, and university fairs.
- Build an internal employee ambassador program to encourage authentic online experience sharing.
- Manage all event logistics, including vendor negotiations, booth design, swag production, and on-site management.
- Establish and track KPIs for events, such as leads generated, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and/or event management with a global scope.
- Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale events from ideation to post-event follow-up.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and social media strategy for talent attraction.
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 25-30% of the time.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco
