• Build technical talent pipelines through GitHub, technical communities, niche forums, and referral networks.
• Craft personalized, human, and compelling outreach messages to attract high-quality candidates.
• Act as the primary initial point of contact, articulating the company vision and value proposition.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple technical roles simultaneously.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to personalize outreach at scale and accelerate candidate research.
• Partner with hiring managers to define "great" for each role and maintain a high talent bar.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record of creative, proactive sourcing using channels beyond LinkedIn.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on storytelling.
• High proficiency with modern sourcing tools and daily integration of AI in workflow.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments while handling high req volume.
