Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL; Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Westlake, TX with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $99,000 – $150,000 USD (based on location zone).

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for business teams from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using research, outreach, and sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide updates on hiring progress.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to share insights and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Utilize tools like Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-supported sourcing platforms to organize workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically for corporate or business roles.
  • Proven experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
  • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and provide clear pipeline updates.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (Gem).
  • Comfort using AI tools in recruiting workflows and interest in testing new technologies.
  • Must be able to work onsite at least 3 days per week in one of the specified office locations.
