Private Cloud Lead (Cloud Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop an engineerhirify.global chapter of 5–15 engineers, with the chapter expected to grow over time.
• Build an inclusive, engaghirify.global, and high-performhirify.global engineerhirify.global environment.
• Drive capability buildhirify.global, knowledge sharhirify.global, engineerhirify.global excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Managers and other Chapter Leads to align skills and talent with business objectives.
• Support recruitment, onboardhirify.global, succession plannhirify.global, and talent development.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, transformation efforts, and hands-on engineerhirify.global work where appropriate.

Requirements

• Technical education, preferably in Information Technology.
• 10+ years of technical experience in IT infrastructure, includhirify.global experience in a large corporate IT infrastructure department.
• High-level English proficiency at C1 is required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, diplomacy, coachhirify.global, and stakeholder-partnership skills.
• Experience with people or technical leadership, such as lead engineerhirify.global, project leadership, or hierarchical leadership.
• Strong focus on customer service, engineerhirify.global quality, and avoidhirify.global technical debt or special solutions.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with database products such as Oracle, Cassandra, or Postgres.
• Strong understandhirify.global of Agile-Scrum methodology.
