What you will do

• Develop and implement regional-level training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify and address skill gaps across departments.
• Partner with Sales, Retention, and Shared Services teams to align training with business objectives.
• Facilitate change management through training support for new systems and solutions.
• Measure training effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback loops.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an L&D Manager or Project Manager in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, LMS platforms, and AI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Atlanta, GA.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM training, specifically Salesforce, D365, or Applied Epic.
• Background in aligning business processes with operational systems.
