What you will do
- Develop and implement regional-level training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify and address skill gaps across departments.
- Partner with Sales, Retention, and Shared Services teams to align training with business objectives.
- Facilitate change management through training support for new systems and solutions.
- Measure training effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback loops.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager or Project Manager in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, LMS platforms, and AI tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Atlanta, GA.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM training, specifically Salesforce, D365, or Applied Epic.
- Background in aligning business processes with operational systems.
