Salary: $162,000 - $220,000 (bonus-eligible)

What you will do
- Develop and execute regional talent and organizational development strategies aligned with regional business priorities and global Talent & OD frameworks.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs and adapt CoE initiatives to the regional context.
- Support organizational design, transformation, M&A, and change initiatives to improve agility, performance, and employee engagement.
- Run workforce planning and talent review processes, using talent analytics and market trends to provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead regional execution of talent programs such as succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with global Talent & OD policies and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR business partnering, including exposure to regional leadership roles in matrixed, multi-country environments.
- Proven ability to align talent and organizational development strategies with regional business priorities, especially in sales-driven/commercial organizations.
- Experience designing and delivering leadership development and capability-building programs tailored to diverse regional contexts.
- Track record supporting organizational design, change initiatives, and cultural transformation to improve agility and performance.
- Strong workforce planning and talent review experience, including leveraging talent analytics for insights and recommendations.
- Comfort using HRIS systems (SuccessFactors), talent management platforms, and data analytics tools.
