What you will do

• Develop and execute regional talent and organizational development strategies aligned with regional business priorities and global Talent & OD frameworks.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs and adapt CoE initiatives to the regional context.
• Support organizational design, transformation, M&A, and change initiatives to improve agility, performance, and employee engagement.
• Run workforce planning and talent review processes, using talent analytics and market trends to provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead regional execution of talent programs such as succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with global Talent & OD policies and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR business partnering, including exposure to regional leadership roles in matrixed, multi-country environments.
• Proven ability to align talent and organizational development strategies with regional business priorities, especially in sales-driven/commercial organizations.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development and capability-building programs tailored to diverse regional contexts.
• Track record supporting organizational design, change initiatives, and cultural transformation to improve agility and performance.
• Strong workforce planning and talent review experience, including leveraging talent analytics for insights and recommendations.
• Comfort using HRIS systems (SuccessFactors), talent management platforms, and data analytics tools.
