What you will do
- Lead the evolution of AIQ, 's AI literacy program, into a comprehensive multi-format learning ecosystem.
- Build AI-powered tools and experiences for performance and career growth using Claude and other AI solutions.
- Embed the Real Colors framework into core programs, manager conversations, and onboarding.
- Manage the intake and quality bar for team onsite requests and facilitate live and virtual sessions.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify skill gaps and design enterprise-wide learning strategies.
- Coach individuals and leaders in 1:1 or small group settings to support growth and performance.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Learning & Development or enablement operating at a strategic level.
- Demonstrated AI practitioner experience: building tools, automating workflows, or designing AI experiences.
- Proven facilitation and coaching skills for diverse audiences, including executives and global teams.
- Experience conducting needs analysis and translating findings into strategies for senior leadership buy-in.
- Comfort using data to identify gaps and make decisions on program efficacy.
- Must be based in New York for hybrid office collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with Articulate Rise, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
- Prior people management experience.
