What you will do

• Lead the evolution of AIQ, hirify.global's AI literacy program, into a comprehensive multi-format learning ecosystem.
• Build AI-powered tools and experiences for performance and career growth using Claude and other AI solutions.
• Embed the Real Colors framework into core programs, manager conversations, and onboarding.
• Manage the intake and quality bar for team onsite requests and facilitate live and virtual sessions.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify skill gaps and design enterprise-wide learning strategies.
• Coach individuals and leaders in 1:1 or small group settings to support growth and performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Learning & Development or enablement operating at a strategic level.
• Demonstrated AI practitioner experience: building tools, automating workflows, or designing AI experiences.
• Proven facilitation and coaching skills for diverse audiences, including executives and global teams.
• Experience conducting needs analysis and translating findings into strategies for senior leadership buy-in.
• Comfort using data to identify gaps and make decisions on program efficacy.
• Must be based in New York for hybrid office collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Articulate Rise, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
• Prior people management experience.
