What you will do

• Lead the enterprise-wide skills strategy covering craft skills, AI capability, and organizational priorities.
• Drive AI innovation by designing intelligent agents and adaptive content delivery for personalized learning at scale.
• Architect measurement frameworks to connect learning investments to skill growth and business outcomes.
• Manage enterprise-scale change to transition from siloed programs to a continuous development ecosystem.
• Collaborate with HR Tech, Engineering, and external vendors to integrate development into everyday workflows.
• Advise VP+ stakeholders and mentor talent across partner organizations.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in L&D, talent enablement, or learning technology with Principal-level scope.
• Proven track record of owning strategy and driving transformation in complex, matrixed environments.
• Deep fluency in AI/GenAI applications for learning and experience partnering with technical teams.
• Expertise in skills taxonomies, inference, and ontologies.
• Strong data fluency with the ability to build dashboards and measure development outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's in OD or I/O Psychology is a plus).

• Experience building AI copilots or skills inference platforms.
• Background bridging People teams with product or engineering teams.
• Expertise in enterprise-wide behavior change management.
