Location: Hybrid – Buffalo, NY. Must be based in or be able to relocate to the Buffalo, NY area.
Salary: $230,000 – $275,000 Annually

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global learning strategy integrating leadership development, professional skills, and technical training.
- Own enterprise talent processes, including succession planning, performance management, and annual talent reviews.
- Manage global learning operations, including LMS/LXP platforms, vendor relationships, and learning analytics.
- Design fit-for-purpose leadership development programs for frontline leaders and high-potential talent.
- Oversee enterprise-wide technical training to ensure compliance with FAA, DoD, ITAR, and AS9100 standards.
- Lead the knowledge management strategy to capture and disseminate critical technical and organizational knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in L&D, technical training, or talent management.
- Experience leading global teams within a complex, highly regulated industry (Aerospace & Defense preferred).
- Expertise in modern learning technologies, digital learning, and knowledge management systems.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Buffalo, NY.
- Must have authorized access to U.S. export-controlled information.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Organizational Development or HR.
- Experience with Department of Defense or aerospace customer requirements.
- Understanding of engineering and manufacturing workforce development.
- Certifications in instructional design or leadership development.
