Location: On-site in New York, NY (Minimum 4 days per week in office)
Salary: $228,000 - $305,000

What you will do
- Partner with GTM senior leaders and the C-suite to align people strategy with priorities across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession readiness.
- Own complex employee relations, including investigations, performance management, and risk mitigation in partnership with Legal.
- Drive talent mapping and quarterly performance calibrations to elevate high-potential talent.
- Leverage AI-enabled analytics and tools to accelerate insights and streamline people processes.
- Coach senior leaders and managers to build high-performing, accountable teams.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of People experience in high-growth organizations.
- Proven experience partnering specifically with GTM leaders and functions.
- Deep expertise in complex employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial and people data into strategic recommendations.
- Active use of AI tools in day-to-day professional operations.
- Location: Must be based in New York, NY for regular office attendance.
