Salary: $140,000 - $178,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR partner for global GTM groups, advising on talent and organizational matters to support business decisions.
• Partner with managers to improve employee performance and navigate complex situations, including reorganizations and employee relations.
• Proactively identify engagement risks, attrition concerns, and capability gaps, serving as a trusted mediator when needed.
• Utilize people data and metrics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders.
• Forecast current and future talent needs to develop effective attraction and retention strategies.
• Drive operational efficiency through the implementation of generative AI and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, with at least 1 year partnering directly with Sales or GTM teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office on a hybrid schedule.
• Proven experience supporting complex, matrixed organizations.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform decisions and drive change.
• Experience advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Track record of navigating complex employee relations with sound judgment and professionalism.
