TL;DR

Senior Technical Recruiter (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end hiring process for a rapidly scaling hospitality AI platform with an accent on technical sourcing and process optimization. Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York, San Francisco, or Dallas (Hybrid)

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 base + $10,000 - $21,000 performance bonus

What you will do

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective interview workflows.
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview management.
  • Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent through LinkedIn and professional networks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a professional and transparent experience.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System to provide leadership with clear visibility into the hiring funnel.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, product, or other technical roles.
  • Strong professional communication and consultative skills.
  • Analytical approach to identifying trends and addressing hiring bottlenecks.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
