What you will do

  • Provide general facility management services, including continuous monitoring of office environments and building systems.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve facility-related complaints to ensure high service delivery quality.
  • Coordinate with outside contractors for the repair and service of equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Manage the full work order lifecycle, including creation, vendor assignment, bid review, and payment processing.
  • Assess vendor performance and provide necessary training on billing and work order procedures.
  • Handle complex facilities issues, including environmental concerns and disaster recovery operations.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in New York, USA
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree in facilities management or business preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administration, accounting, or tenant services.
  • Proven experience in data entry, reporting, scheduling, and professional communications.
  • Prior experience in commercial real estate or professional services industries is preferred.
