What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable work environment.
• Optimize space utilization and coordinate space assignments and layout with internal teams.
• Manage workplace services and collaborate with Business Units, HR, IT, and finance to address workplace needs.
• Develop and manage budgets for real estate and workplace services; perform cost analysis and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, regulations, and local zoning laws; identify and mitigate risks for leased properties.
• Plan and coordinate facility maintenance and upgrades (including furniture, utilities, security systems, and signage), process vendor invoices/quotes, and lead safety meetings/committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum four years of prior facility management experience (preferred).
• Experience with building maintenance, security, and safety.
• Advanced knowledge of building operations and support; ability to manage entire facilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and lead safety meetings/committees.
