What you will do

• Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
• Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven business decision-making.
• Create and manage complex automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.
• Maintain data quality through governance, audits, cleansing, and deduplication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to implement technical solutions.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flow automation and reporting/dashboard development.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications.
• Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Revenue Cloud.
• Experience supporting large sales organizations.
