What you will do

  • Serve as the primary steward for Salesforce data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across Sales and Success teams.
  • Define and maintain data dictionaries, naming conventions, and metadata documentation in partnership with Business Intelligence.
  • Establish and communicate formal processes for updating Salesforce objects, fields, and data rules.
  • Review and validate change requests to ensure alignment with business needs and system scalability.
  • Provide training to stakeholders on data quality best practices and change request procedures.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement while defining quality KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience working with Salesforce data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data trends.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data structure and process discipline.
  • Ability to work independently in a structured environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience collaborating with IT or system administrators on CRM data changes.
  • Familiarity with Sales and Success workflows and KPIs.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements tracking and documentation.
