Salesforce Admin (Salesforce): Administer and optimize Salesforce to support scalable, secure, high-performing CRM operations with an accent on Agentforce automation, Quote to Cash in Agentforce Revenue Management, and data quality for marketing personalization. Focus on configuring flows and OOTB features, aligning Salesforce capabilities with marketing strategies, and using reports and dashboards to drive pipeline efficiency and forecasting.

What you will do

  • Configure and improve Salesforce automation to enhance pipeline efficiency using flows and out-of-the-box features.
  • Implement and maintain lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting best practices.
  • Maintain and scale Quote to Cash journeys in Agentforce Revenue Management.
  • Partner with marketing teams to align Salesforce capabilities with marketing strategies and support marketing personalization and data activation.
  • Ensure data quality by maintaining clean, accurate records while rolling out new capabilities.
  • Run end-user training and support, and monitor performance using Reports & Dashboards for data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, and/or Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Proficiency in Agentforce configuration for automation using natural language prompts.
  • Experience with Einstein Activity Capture and Conversational Insights and flows.
  • Experience with Agentforce Revenue Management (or similar billing applications).
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Next) or Account Engagement (Pardot).

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist and Data 360 Consultant, or experience with Data 360 and Agentforce features.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado.
  • Experience with Juro (Contract Generation) and Everstage (Commissions) or similar applications.
