Salesforce Business Analyst (CRM/Fintech): Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions with an accent on process documentation and backlog management. Focus on driving B2B marketing and B2C service efficiency through precise user stories, UAT coordination, and CRM best practices.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Salary: $84,539 - $112,719 annually

What you will do
- Document Salesforce processes using Lucid to provide clear business context to engineering teams.
- Analyze current state and requirements to create detailed business specifications.
- Write user stories in Jira with testable acceptance criteria in collaboration with QA.
- Manage the Salesforce backlog, identifying dependencies and prioritizing tasks.
- Coordinate UAT testing and release communications with business partners.
- Recommend CRM industry best practices to enhance user experience and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in business analysis or product management within Sales, Marketing, and Service processes.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Jira.
- Proven history of tracking and tracing requirements through complex, multi-layered projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Minneapolis, MN.
