Salary: $84,539 - $112,719 annually

What you will do

• Document Salesforce processes using Lucid to provide clear business context to engineering teams.
• Analyze current state and requirements to create detailed business specifications.
• Write user stories in Jira with testable acceptance criteria in collaboration with QA.
• Manage the Salesforce backlog, identifying dependencies and prioritizing tasks.
• Coordinate UAT testing and release communications with business partners.
• Recommend CRM industry best practices to enhance user experience and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in business analysis or product management within Sales, Marketing, and Service processes.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Jira.
• Proven history of tracking and tracing requirements through complex, multi-layered projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Minneapolis, MN.
