What you will do

• Translate business requirements and operational needs into effective Salesforce technical solutions.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflows, and data structures.
• Lead data quality initiatives through audits, validation, deduplication, and process improvements.
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog of product enhancements and technology requests.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external Salesforce consultants on system enhancements.
• Analyze data to support organizational decision-making and measure social impact.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience working with Salesforce in an administrative, analyst, or product-focused role.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes.
• Proficiency using spreadsheets and data management tools to clean and organize information.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (not eligible for visa sponsorship).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or pursuit of one.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow Builder, automation, or system configuration.
• Exposure to data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with nonprofits, case management, or disaster recovery services.
