TL;DR

Government Property / Asset Administrator I (Aerospace): Maintaining an approved Government Property Management System for aerospace facilities with an accent on audit leadership and regulatory compliance. Focus on tracking government-owned assets from acquisition to disposition and ensuring adherence to FAR, DFARS, and NASA FAR requirements.

Location: Hybrid – Torrance, CA. Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Maintain the Government Property Management System for specified hirify.global facilities.
  • Lead Government and Customer audits, including documentation preparation and sample verification.
  • Track government-owned repair and refurbishment units from acquisition to disposition.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports using Microsoft and Government software to meet contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate annual physical inventories and reconcile results prior to submission.
  • Manage property disposals in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in Government/Customer Property and/or Compliance.
  • Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to detail and accuracy.
