Global Supply Manager (Aerospace): Building and managing the supplier base for Superpower, a 42-megawatt industrial gas turbine, with an accent on metals, precision machined parts, electrical and controls, and supporting systems. Focus on leading RFx cycles, scaling new products into production, managing supplier risk, and aligning sourcing strategies across engineering, manufacturing, finance, legal, and logistics.

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States. The role requires up to 15% travel and applicants must meet ITAR/EAR eligibility requirements.

Base salary: $94,000–$127,000 for P3, $126,000–$190,000 for P4, or $157,000–$198,000 for P5, depending on experience and level.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end RFx, supplier evaluation, capability assessments, negotiations, approvals, and partner selection.
  • Build and execute commodity strategies for alloys, castings, forgings, precision machined parts, electrical and controls, and supporting systems.
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams on new product introduction, design reviews, change control, and production scaling.
  • Assess global supply chain risks, develop contingency plans, and support the production ramp.
  • Manage supplier agreements, performance metrics, scorecards, disputes, and business reviews.
  • Maintain accurate MRP master data and align demand signals with supply.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
  • Degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, business, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or product development.
  • Knowledge of costing, cost reduction, and cost modeling.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Must satisfy applicable ITAR/EAR eligibility requirements for U.S. aerospace technology.
