Procurement Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States. The role is subject to ITAR and EAR requirements; applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, protected individuals, or eligible to obtain the required authorizations.

Base salary: $90,000–$115,000 for P3 level roles, typically requiring 5–10 years of experience; $122,000–$155,000 for P4 level roles, typically requiring 10–15 years of experience.

What you will do

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for materials, components, and services across assigned categories.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, contractual terms, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage purchase orders from creation through delivery, invoice resolution, and record maintenance.
• Coordinate supplier status calls and monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to align material requirements and procurement strategy.
• Maintain supplier and part master data, manage the BOM, resolve supply disruptions, and implement purchasing process improvements.

Requirements

• Prior experience with ERP systems is required.
• Purchasing or supply chain experience, ideally in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort working with purchasing systems and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and collaborate effectively.
• Must meet applicable U.S. ITAR/EAR eligibility requirements.
