• Develop and implement a brand-new RPO solution and shape recruitment processes from scratch.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers to influence recruitment decisions and strategy.
• Utilize sourcing expertise and market insights to deliver exceptional talent outcomes across ANZ.
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Strong background recruiting within media, advertising, marketing, creative, digital, or agency sectors.
• Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Expertise in market mapping and advanced sourcing techniques.
