TL;DR
Strategic Partner - Talent Acquisition (Executive Tech): Identifying and hiring senior-level technology leaders (AVP+) to support organizational strategy with an accent on diversity goals, executive pipeline building, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on conducting high-level market mapping, managing end-to-end executive searches, and integrating AI tools to optimize recruiting workflows.
Location: Hybrid (Fort Worth, TX) - 3 days a week in office

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for senior technology leadership roles across engineering, data, digital, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
- Partner with executive leadership and HR to align hiring with business priorities, leadership gaps, and succession plans.
- Build and maintain executive talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and strategic market engagement.
- Provide market intelligence, including talent trends, competitor insights, and compensation benchmarking.
- Manage the full search process, including candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Oversee external search partners and optimize recruiting tools, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources.
- 3-5 years of experience leading projects and providing mentorship in a related field.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Fort Worth, TX (3 days/week onsite).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for research, summarization, and content generation.
- Expertise in executive networking and providing a white-glove candidate experience.

- Strong storytelling skills to effectively connect talent with business strategy.
