What you will do

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and guide them on the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Promote the company's employer brand through various channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruiting required.
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking System(s).
• Experience with full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, recruiting, scheduling, and interviewing.
• Travel required is expected to be up to 10%.
