What you will do
- Execute and manage the full customer lifecycle for digital infrastructure deals.
- Coordinate and participate in customer meetings, ensuring alignment between all stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder time and technical resources effectively to advance open deals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular status reports in Salesforce.
- Track quote requests and collaborate with Solution Advisors to ensure timely delivery.
- Proactively identify engagement risks and drive renewals or new revenue streams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- Exceptional organizational and email communication skills.
- Experience in digital infrastructure, cloud, or network services (or industry-adjacent).
- Proficiency in Salesforce for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
