Location: Remote work available for candidates in the United States and Canada

Salary: $220,000–$364,000 per annum (OTE for US-based candidates)

What you will do

  • Establish scalable and repeatable enterprise sales motions with clear playbooks and enablement.
  • Drive focused account prioritization and segmentation for high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • Improve onboarding and ramp-up effectiveness for new sales team members.
  • Strengthen cross-functional GTM alignment across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Support expansion and retention through collaboration between Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Communicate hirify.global’s value proposition and technical concepts effectively to customers.

Requirements

  • Must have 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Account Executive roles with 1–2 years of people management experience.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multiple strategic accounts.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and operational skills with familiarity in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Executive presence and ability to lead strategic customer conversations including C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments preferred.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
