What you will do

  • Lead the partner onboarding process from post-contract signing through go-live and beyond.
  • Coordinate schedules and collaborate with internal stakeholders including engineering and sales during the design phase.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Inntopia Commerce and Marketing Cloud partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance and consultative services to enhance partner revenue and optimize ROI.
  • Troubleshoot software system integrations and report bugs and feature requests to the development team.
  • Conduct trainings and facilitate webinars to ensure partners maximize platform utilization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Resort/Hospitality related experience, preferably with software systems.
  • Strong project management, organization, and account management skills.
  • Technical aptitude including knowledge of HTML concepts and CRM/customer databases.
  • Understanding of Microsoft SQL based databases and query constructs.
  • Understanding of the Agile Development Process.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Travel Commerce and call centers.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for account management and record-keeping.
  • Experience with Active Campaign, Acoustic ESP, or other Marketing Automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), POS, Ticketing, and Reservation systems.
