What you will do

  • Drive business growth by effectively segmenting the market and identifying new project opportunities.
  • Monitor annual specification targets and optimize the project channel pipeline through daily analysis of conversion metrics.
  • Develop precise specifications and compelling quotations in collaboration with line management.
  • Cultivate and maintain a strategic Key Account database to nurture long-term relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance market presence and networking.
  • Maintain the corporate reporting system to ensure data integrity for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Architectural, or Civil) preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in building materials project business; sanitary industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for frequent business travel.
  • Experience with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, persuasion, and presentation skills to influence decision-makers.
