Specification Key Account Manager (Sanitary)

Location: Cairo, Egypt; onsite role with frequent business travel

What you will do

• Segment the market, identify new project opportunities, and cultivate prospects within assigned channels.
• Monitor specification targets, sales results, project status, pipeline conversion metrics, and forecasts.
• Prepare accurate specifications and quotations in collaboration with line management.
• Develop and maintain the Key Account database and nurture strategic customer relationships.
• Support industry events, internal collaboration, strategic development, and corporate reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred, particularly Mechanical, Architectural, or Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in building materials project business; sanitary industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of local market demands, analytical ability, persuasion, presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle required for frequent business travel.
