What you will do

• Advise internal clients on legal issues for digital platforms (GolfNow, BRS Golf, Fandango) across international territories.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including strategic partnerships, vendor agreements, and SaaS licenses.
• Assess legal implications of emerging technologies and ensure compliance with data protection and platform regulations.
• Provide legal guidance for marketing and advertising activities, including website terms and conditions.
• Support business growth through due diligence and international jurisdictional research.
• Manage external counsel and collaborate with internal specialist teams on Cyber Risk, IP, and litigation.

Requirements

• Must be a Qualified Solicitor
• Experience in a commercial environment advising on contracts, IP, and litigation.
• Knowledge of data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions in a matrixed environment.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a global company within the SaaS industry.
• Experience with Payments/Financial Service Regulations.
• Understanding of Competition/Anti-trust law.
