What you will do
- Engage with potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn to convert leads into paying customers.
- Provide consultations to understand client needs and upsell services like cover letters and interview coaching.
- Assist in writing and editing high-quality, error-free resumes and cover letters.
- Optimize client LinkedIn and Seek profiles to enhance professional appeal.
- Maintain client databases and track interactions in CRM tools with high attention to detail.
- Document internal processes to improve operational efficiency and quality standards.
Requirements
- English: C1 level required with a neutral accent for professional client interactions.
- Proven experience in sales and lead generation with the ability to convert inquiries into sales.
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Perth/Manila time).
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with screen sharing and live client tasks.
- Quick typing skills and high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- HR or recruitment experience or related studies.
- Social media management skills (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Knowledge of email marketing.
