What you will do
- Open a high volume of new retail accounts weekly and build partnerships with wholesalers and B2B operators.
- Secure prime shelf placement and manage in-store merchandising, including POS and product rotation.
- Manage and deliver lean product inventory to ensure stores are consistently stocked.
- Run local sampling and demo events to increase brand visibility and product velocity.
- Log daily sales metrics and compliance data using a mobile CRM.
Requirements
- Proven track record in high-volume door acquisition and territory growth (experience in beverage, CPG, energy, or tobacco preferred).
- Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and manage active daily routes.
- Strong relationship-building skills and proficiency with mobile CRMs/routing tools.
- High school diploma or GED.
