TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SDR): Driving GTM growth by qualifying inbound leads and managing the top of the sales funnel with an accent on rapid follow-up and demo scheduling. Focus on maintaining CRM hygiene, partnering with Marketing to convert interest into pipeline, and ensuring a frictionless handoff to Account Executives.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the downtown Denver office

Compensation: $52,500 base salary with $75,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Rapidly follow up on inbound leads from webinars, demo requests, and content downloads.
  • Execute structured call and email cadences using HubSpot.
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls and schedule demos for Account Executives.
  • Partner with Marketing to convert event and campaign interest into sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and CRM data to support sales performance.
  • Help optimize lead scoring and routing logic in collaboration with RevOps.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in the downtown Denver office.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows.
  • Curiosity and active listening skills to understand customer pain points.
  • Energy for systems, playbooks, and turning interest into action.
  • Detail-oriented approach to CRM management and lead documentation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer success.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools like Apollo or ZoomInfo.
