Compensation: $52,000 – $180,000 (Base pay + uncapped commissions)

What you will do
- Open a high volume of new retail accounts weekly and build partnerships with distributors.
- Secure prime shelf placement and manage merchandising, including POS and product rotation.
- Manage and deliver lean product inventory to ensure stores remain stocked.
- Execute local sampling events and demos to boost product velocity.
- Log daily sales metrics and compliance data in the mobile CRM.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor.
- Proven track record in high-volume door acquisition or field sales (DSD, CPG, or beverage industry preferred).
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and manage active daily routes.
- Strong relationship-building skills and proficiency with mobile CRM tools.
- High school diploma or GED.
