Location: Hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.
Salary: $50,000–$65,000 USD, plus variable compensation.

What you will do
- Make 50+ outbound cold calls daily to potential customers in new and existing markets.
- Field inbound sales queries and qualify prospects to advance the sales process.
- Coordinate with Account Executives across North America to set appointments and advance opportunities.
- Execute nurture campaigns to engage prospects over time.
- Maintain accurate records of all client engagement activities in Salesforce CRM.
- Act as a brand ambassador, sharing information about products and the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in cold calling or BDR/sales roles.
- Superior verbal communication skills with the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls.
- Aptitude for software principles and business systems like CRM and inventory management.
- Proficiency in M365 tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Experience or knowledge of the cannabis industry is a strong asset.
