TL;DR

Location: Hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 USD, plus variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Make 50+ outbound cold calls daily to potential customers in new and existing markets.
  • Field inbound sales queries and qualify prospects to advance the sales process.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives across North America to set appointments and advance opportunities.
  • Execute nurture campaigns to engage prospects over time.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client engagement activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, sharing information about products and the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in cold calling or BDR/sales roles.
  • Superior verbal communication skills with the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Aptitude for software principles and business systems like CRM and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in M365 tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience or knowledge of the cannabis industry is a strong asset.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the cannabis industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
